TUSCANY Florence Chianti | Renaissance castle that has been entirely restored by the owners to offer the cosy atmosphere of a family home.
It has an internal surface of about 1650 sqm and an external surface of about 70000 sqm.
The historic residence, surrounded by tall cypress trees, overlooks vineyards and olive groves that recall the backgrounds and landscapes of Tuscan Renaissance paintings.

The rooms are not identified by numbers but by stories, as they are named after the family member who lived there. The interior decoration dates back to the early 19th century with beautiful frescoes in the rooms and painted doors.
The access rooms and the shed are frescoed with grotesques from the Renaissance period. The Renaissance loggia and the elegant stone framing of the windows and doors, on the other hand, date back to the 16th century; the loggia is somewhat the heart of the villa, the ideal place especially on hot summer days.
Inside, the villa houses communal spaces, silent and bright places ideal for resting or reading. In addition to the numerous lounges scattered around the house, in the centre is the large frescoed hall where originally there was the orciaia, the place where freshly pressed oil was stored. Today there is a beautiful bedroom with windows overlooking the inner courtyard.
The cellar, the room that used to be used for wine production, has instead been converted into a tasting room.

- 6 Country rooms ranging in size from 20 to 30 m², furnished with period furniture and handcrafted fabrics, some have silk curtains and many overlook the rolling Chianti hills.

- Family room consisting of a large living room with frescoed ceiling, a double sofa bed, a double bedroom with four-poster bed and a bathroom.
Its size is about 26 square metres.
- 3 Tuscany Hill Junior Suites of approximately 45 square metres each. The reception is open every day and each guest is given the keys to the house, so they are totally independent. Some bathrooms have frescoed walls and ceilings and an antique bathtub.
