The farmhouse dates from the fifteenth century, is made of stone and was recently renovated with great touch and respect of the historical origin. The house is cozy, comfortable and yet functional. Atmosphere of charm, guaranteed by a complete privacy.

THE HOUSE
The house is located in an ideal place to live. It has direct contact with nature and at the same time is very close to Panzano and all services.
It is reached via a short road “white”, well-maintained dirt road typical of the Tuscan countryside. The house is set in a natural garden with lavender plants, flowers, olive trees, cypresses and vegetation of the Chianti area. From the garden, through a wide arch there is a loggia that leads to a rustic kitchen and a large outdoor terrace.

INTERIORS
The residential part of the house is located on the first floor, measuring about 300 square meters. It maintains the original style, typical of Tuscan farmhouses, with terracotta floors and
ceilings with exposed beams.
It is accessed directly from the garden via a staircase of stone leading to the entrance, illuminated by a large window from which you can admire the landscape surrounding the house. From here you enter in the large dining area, fitted kitchen equipped with marble countertops, fireplace and adjoining pantry.
The dining area and kitchen are connected by a large arch. Opposite to the kitchen there is a single room with private bathroom with shower.

From the entrance, there is also access to the large living room with a beautiful antique fireplace and TV room. The remaining four bedrooms are all doubles and twins. One of them has a en-suite with a bath and separate shower. The other three share two bathrooms, one with shower and the other with a bath. Three rooms are equipped with walk-in closets.

Ground Floor: 260 square meters Laundry, Cellars, Oven. The remainder of the ground floor was not restored, but can be used for residential purposes.

The house is surrounded by a large garden overlooking the Chianti countryside.
