Adjacent to the vineyards is an olive grove of 2.44 hectares with 970 plants of the Morellino, Maremmano, Correggiolo, Morcaio, and Pendolino varieties, all planted in 1978. The average production is about 100 quintals of olives per year, which in the best years corresponds to about 1,500 kg of oil.
The rest of the property includes 1.4 hectares of arable land and 0.3 hectares of woodland, which harmoniously complete the agricultural landscape.
